There's a learning curve with everything, it took me forever to learn PSP, but I didn't read anything, it was all hit and miss. If you have PSP, it's worth it to learn how to use it, you can do just about anything in editing. I think the photoscape program is pretty user friendly, and if you click on the help feature, it takes you to the website where it shows you visually how to do lots of different things.
