Dee don't worry about him yet. My girl had her tail down when we first got to the show, but was doing better by the end of the day. Sometimes, I have found, they go through this, but by keep taking them to the shows they learn that it is okay. She has her tail up at home. Gotta give him a chance, as long as his topline is good, I do not worry about the tail. It comes with age many times, uless you have a really shy one. Often a phase. He is cute.
My girl is out of my champion sire and dam. I own both of her parents. My girl's mom was a Specialty winner too. Her sire is pictured on my avitar. Yes, he has a nice topline!
