While I have had to hold some of my rescues as they crossed to the rainbow bridge I have never had to do what you had to do. Picking the dogs that were going to die...how hard that must have been. I know you have seen the piles of animals that people said they loved...My heart goes out to you and while it was a long time ago I am sure you have never forgotten this.
We just have to keep the message out there until we stop killing 5 million pets a year.
