Actually he is not neutered. He is my only dog and is completely indoor, except for walks and outings with me. So I always figured he doesn't need to be neutered unless I get a girl dog. Do you think he'll stop though if I got him neutered?
I'll try the tethered thing but he goes very fast. lol he is a very short boy so he is constantly sniffing the ground. I only notice he is about to pee when he stops all of a sudden and lefts his leg. |
