One white chocolate chip should not cause symtoms unless your Yorkie is very sensitive.
i agree one white choc chip would not do this and i suspect ibd or pancreatitis probably ibd as if pancreatitis i do not think it would stop that quickly - dex vomitted like 10 times in 12 hrs and i pulled food and even water for a period of time to stop the cycle and slowly introduced food back but that was an ibd flare up but when he had pancreatitis it was vomitting and tossing and turning and restlessness - they cannot get comfortable as it is very painful
