I don't even know what to say or do............I'm just numb! This is what really ticks me off. Look at him~he's adorable BUT he has got to be 10 plus pounds probably from some POS BYBer who thought it was their RIGHT to make puppies.

Now look at that poor little guy--abused, burned and dumped with a sign at the POST OFFICE! AND he still looks happy

People make me sick!

God why don't we have more foster homes?
