Whitney, it is almost impossible to tell someone if a puppy is show quality from a photograph. Some information can be gained from a picture and knowing the breeding and bloodlines if the puppy is from a well established, well known breeder/exhibitor. Finding an expert that can put "hands on" is your best bet. If I can be of more help, please PM me.
