OMG, thats how I quit. Good Luck to you and You can do it....I wrapped myself up in a blanket for 3 days until it was out of my system. Have not touched one in 5 years. I'm so proud that you have gone without one since 0630AM. Thats great. Good Luck and please PM me if you feel the urge to smoke..Lissette
