 Bbb?
I don't know if thats a good place to start. I filed a complaint with the BBB about a breeder. They sent my complaint to the breeder, the breeder sent in a BS rebuttle, I rebutted the re-buttle and was notified that it was being sent to the breeder. Today I checked the status of my complaint just to find they said it was settled because I did not respond, I sent both my case files to the claims specialist over a week ago!! I have just sent a email notification to the specialist who told me on Monday this case was probably going to be marked unresolved. Not to mention when you go to the BBB site and put in the business name of the breeder you come up with Nothing!! Very disappointed |
