The same thing happened to my Yorkie a couple years back except she vomited 8 times in a day, not 2 hours. She was restless that morning and then it started. We didn't take her in, but did give pedialyte. When I pulled food, she stopped vomiting though. Anyway, during an ultrasound a week later for something unrelated, the internist told me she either had chronic pancreatitis or recent, acute pancreatitis. So that's what it was. He "may" be okay if it has stopped, but if it was pancreatitis, it is best to know for sure. His diet may need to be altered and he would have to be watched very carefully form now on. A flair up could potentially be fatal.
It also wouldn't hurt to have some routine bloodwork done.
One white chocolate chip should not cause symtoms unless your Yorkie is very sensitive.
