Males can be this way. They need to sniff everything around before
they get the urge to go. Buddy, he'll go anywhere when he feels
the need. Walks or in my daughter's yard. However, my daughter's
MinPin, being raised by it's other grandparents in the Bronx, get's
walked and has been for 8yrs. When he comes for a visit he will
not go in the back yard! ever. LOL He is use to concret.
I am sure, since he's still young, you can train him.
I hope so. Wish I still had my yard for those winter months.
Walking in snow, ice and rain is a bit@@.
