I've used pee pads before but now that Bender is bigger as soon as he pees it smells a lot stronger than when he pees on the litter. So I usually end up throwing it away once every day or two. Also, trying to lessen the impact that plastic has on the environment is also another reason why I'm trying not to use the pads. I could use the biodegradable ones but they cost so much.
