[Sweet Apple]

Apple had her first heat in August...I have pillows all around the couch (it's in the middle of the room) and I noticed little brown spots on the pillow slips the first week of August, but no swelling of the vulva or licking...Then the 2nd week of August, she started bleeding pink/red...it wasn't a whole lot, but enough to be noticeable...This went on for about a week and her little "whistle" swole up so bad, it hurt me to look at it...Then she didn't bleed for about a week and was on the hunt, when we went for her walk...Then after about 3 weeks, she spotted brown for a few days and then, thank the good Lord, it was over...She almost drove me nuts when we went on walks...She had to pee on every bush, tree, shrub, fire hydrant, blade of grass...I was going to try to let her have two heats, before I got her spayed, but I'm not so sure now
