I notice that nobody suggested the disposable gloves with the little "brush" on one finger and the thumb. (I wash them good and use them until they get a hole in them.) My little girl is only 3 3/4 pounds so has a very small mouth. I find that the gloves work very well. The more often you brush the teeth the easier it gets. :-)
