Omg Inhaling her Food WAAAYYYYY to fast

Recently, we adopted a 12 week old girl. She was not fed on a schedule and some days may have been overfed or not fed at all by her previous owners. She is adapting well except she seems to have food aggression. She eats her food extremely fast, doesn't chew it at all, and always seems hungry. She has been with us for a little over 2 months and has received a clean bill of health from the vet. I have to feed her and Maddie, my original girl, seperatly b/c she will eat her food and take over Maddie's bowl.
I don't know what to do. I thought maybe after having her on a schedule she would get better, but she is not. Is this a problem that I can fix?
