 My Lillie eats carpet fibers! How to stop?!
My Lillie (14 weeks on Thursday) eats carpet fibers. I did look through the forums to see if anyone elses' Yorkie does this but I can't seem to find out what the deal is? She CONSTANTLY sniffs, even when she already pottied. I'm living in an apartment and am wondering if the folks before me had a dog or a cat that shes smelling.
Its weird, I see her chewing and I go and get in her mouth and shes got pieces of carpet in there! I have to literally pull them out then later find areas of the carpet where shes dug and picked at. Ugh!
I love her to death and this is really the only problem that I'm having with her right now (other than she eats her poo and wont poo on the piddle pad) but she's still my little girl and I'd like to help her not get sick by eating carpet and poo! haha |
