I don't know what you're keeping her in, but try anchoring the blanket(s) down so she can't mess them up, like under the xpen (if that's what you have) and keep a doggie bed in there for her and the pups. Or I used a rubbermaid under the bed box for the first couple of weeks with a large bathroom rug on the bottom.
She's probably young and a new nervous mother. She should be kept in a room away from the other dogs in the house. They are likely making her even more nervous.
