i'd ask the vet your going to see on friday to do a blood panel and a thyroid check. thyroid problems can cause hair loss. |
He did not tell me where he did it (im not too familiar with skin scrapes myself) and yes he checked for fleas (none were found) the red bumps have cause a red flag for me aswell, I honestly think they are a cause of her constant licking where the hair loss it... She currently eats Eukanuba dry puppy food with a little puppy Iams wet food... do you recommend a different food for Yorkie breeds? I changed her shampoo to one for sensitive skin after the hair loss was discovered. I have racked my brain thinking of things that were done differently at the time we noticed the hair loss or things we are now doing differently new cleaning product/laundry detergent/perfume etc. but cant think of anything.
