Thanks for the helpful tip everyone! I just called my vet and she said that it's normal for his butt to be irritated. She said to give it a few days. She told me to put a warm wet towel on his butt to help relieve the irritation. If the problem still persists then to bring him in.

Hopefully it gets better soon.
