This sounds so weird to me, I really don't understand. Didn't the puppies have a vet checkup and first shots before going to the new homes? I just assumed that was what was normally done, and that the vet would note some info about the pups, and you could account for the remaining ones.
Obviously there is more involved for a breeder than I know. Just curious. |
