Her hearing for the most part is up in the air. both me and my vet have never heard of yorkies being deaf before. The reason why i want her in my lines is because her color fits the standard perfectly. The gold is a bit dark than from what i have been used to seeing though, but its a deep rich gold. My lines are throwing the silver blue instead of the dark steel blue. my male is a steel blue but his mother was a silver and red. his sire was a black and gold. My male has a dead level topline, so i know that her slightly uneven topline will be breed out . I am hoping that if her hearing gets better, and if she is breedible, the resulting puppies for the most part would be a steel blue and a deep rich gold.
Actually the puppies could be any of those colors and might or might not have a dead level topline. You just won't know until they are born and reach six months old or so. I wouldn't take a chance breeding a deaf dog. Maybe you could find another bitch that has perfect coloring and use her for your breeding program instead. Good luck in your endeavors.
