I also think not just anyone can wake up and think " hey I wanna breed my dog" I think you have to have some type of education or have to take a class or something like that! I know that is silly but is it really? Could you imagine how many puppies it would save, not everyone would want to take the time and learn how to really breed a dog so therefore it would limit all the unwanted dogs! I can honestly say it bothers me when people come on here knowing NOTHING about breeding and asking questions about it, I am sorry but thats not how you research something like that. It might help but I know people are taking the information and just going with it, they are not fully researching it. |
I would love to see that also but we don't even require that for human babies so I am sure people would go off the scale on that one.
All we can do is keep the information out there and help educate people.
