Denise's darling little Bella died in the middle of the night on Friday. Bella had been sick for some time and at first it was thought to be pancreatitis. When Bella didn't get better with treatment, they did an MRI and found she had a tumor on her pancreas. She was just a baby...she just turned 1 in April. Pancreatic cancer is very rare in dogs and why did sweet Bella have to get it? During the time Bella has been ill, Denise has taken her in often for IV's and has had her on pain meds. Bella would eat and then throw up. She lost so much weight and became so weak. During the last week, Bella's breathing was so labored. Denise had an appointment to have Bella PTS on Saturday, but Bella gave up her battle just before that appointment.

Needless to say, Denise's heart is broken and she is grieving. I believe her grieving began when Bella was diagnosed, and she did everything in her power to help Bella. My heart aches for Denise in the loss of her precious baby. Denise came to YT to do a thread about Bella, but just couldn't type for all the crying, so she asked me to. She doesn't want any phone calls at this time because she doesn't think she can handle that right now.

Denise...I love you. I'm so utterly sorry for your loss. I wish I could hug you and be there for you. You are always on my mind and in my prayers! Any time you need to talk, I am here for you.
