You did not upset me. It just annoys mewhen people refer to a 9 week old puppy as being aggressive. And it happens frequently.
I'm sure you will be able to teach him how to play nice. Just react like his mother would. It is the language he understands.
They do not understand time outs, they do not understand human language, so use actions like his mother would.
