I just read your thread and my mouth just hit the floor. I am so sorry to hear what your ex neighbor has done to you. That is just plain out terrible. So glad you will get to move away from that neighbor, people can be so rude but that's just plain out vindictive and he had no right to do what he did. Maybe the new neighbors will put a stop to his rude behavior it will serve him right!
