Oh hun, that man sounds like walking evil!.....I'm so sorry someone like that is finding it pleasurable to inflict such pain and aggravation on you........I hope your able to get Tye back, they will able to see you where in the process of moving and that Tye is well fed and clean, a neglected pet would not look that way.......Wishing you the best .....
