I have this
sling carrier and it is very nice. Over the winter I decided to line it with fur and it is even better.
I just did a quick Amazon.com search but I know I only spent about $15 on the one that I have. Look around some more and I am sure you will be able to find an even better deal. On the inside it had 2 little clips that you can hook onto a harness and also a clip across the top to close it even more. I use to take Bogey into all the store with me and no one even notice that I had him inside the sling. When I had Teagan who was just a tiny puppy we went everywhere with me and it was great! Bogey is about 12 lbs and I would wear a hoodie when I carried him because the strap rubbed my neck so that is a drawback. But for the money you can't beat it.
