For what it's worth, my breeder suggested making the table a place of fun, toys and treats...supervised of course. She suggested no stacking or working...just love, kisses, playtime and fun. After a while...when or if she seems to forget the fear of the heights, then work on the stack.
Just a suggestion. I have a puppy who was jumped at by a very large dog while practicing on the table at class....she is now very afraid at class especially on the table. We will be trying this ourselves
