Hello; I am new to this forum and this is my first post. Was wondering if anyone out there has had any problems dealing with a yorkshire terrier breeder by the name of Kim Hinkle? She is located in Sacramento, Ca. Her website is myelegantpaws? This woman was sent $4000.00 by me for a male yorkie by the name of Prince. The dog was purchased for my youngest daughter Mallory for her 11th birthday as a birthday gift. My daughter has a disability and carried this dogs picture around with her for days showing him to everyone she met. Kim has had my money for 2 weeks now and I have attempted numerous times to get her to return the money WITHOUT success I might add. She insisted on sending me a female by the name of Lovely instead and was planning on charging me extra money for the female, I refused of course! There was no contract in place on this male pup. His original cost was $3500.00, and I sent an additional $500.00 with the verbal understanding that this extra $500.00 was to be a down payment on the female Lovely. I was to finish the purchase of Lovely in the spring of 2010. Does anyone know ANYTHING about this woman?????????
