For the ears it would be really easiest for scissors. I trimmed Karlee's ears (when we still had our furbaby- and she was around 15 weeks)and gave her a snack and toy to keep her occupied while I held her I trimmed holding her ear between my index finger and middle finger up close where I could see and trimmed around her ears. She did really great and the next day her ears were up! You will do fine and I promise you can do it just make sure you have plenty of light to see and make sure your furbaby is happy with a snack or toy and it will be easy!
