I'm SO sorry to read about Ariel! *HUG* That poor baby...and poor you. Is the vet taking x-rays today? If it is a ruptured disc, it should show up on x-rays. My daughter's yorkie, Kirby had a ruptured disc and was paralyzed on his back legs. He recovered fully, but it was 5 or 6 weeks and very scary. Also, that neck problem that some yorkies get...Atlantoaxial Instability? That just came to mind too and I don't know a lot about that.
