report him to the vet medical board at the nearest largest city. I would also let your vet know about this and demand that he reinburse you for what you have paid for the spay and the disfigurement of your baby's tounge and missing tooth, if possible let him know that you will contact the newspaper and tell them this story or even write a letter to the editor to post your story. your poor baby
I just can not believe this vet can get away with this kind of negligence and him to think he got away with it!
