I think when she hears the word you have selected for poo-poo and pee-pee a few times she will associate it with going potty when it's said at the right time each time. Just place two or three pads down making sure one is in the spot she has selected to potty on, and wait a couple of months or longer before taking one away. When you see that her potty is consistently going in a particular area, then leave the pad there for sure. Just don't be in a rush to take the pads away. These puppies are like training a toddler. They train at their own good time.
