United Kennel Club: Dog Events UKC® Conformation Point Schedules here is the place on their website that gives you the order of judging and the number of points for every class and etc. At the bottom it says in order to acheive grand Champion, your dog must win at least five champion classes under three different judges. there must be two other champion dogs in the class besides your dog.
Requirements for UKC Grand Champion Title
• Win five Champion classes with competition at five different shows
• Wins must be earned under at least three different UKC licensed Judges
Sorry I don't know much about AKC so can't help you there.
