You will bond to her just fine and you should not have much of a problem with them bonding..just like with a new baby coming into a home, the older ones can be upset for a few days. Since the female is an adult, she may not like it if your male is too "attentive" towards her...but he will learn or get nipped.
As to breeding..your female is far too small to breed to a male her size let alone a male twice her size plus more. I would spay her and neuter your male..he may start marking with an unspayed female in the house. Do they still have a quarantine in Hawaii? |
