Hmmm. Both of my babies were over a year old when they were fully potty trained and we've had them since they were 10 & 13 wks old. They go outside and on a potty pad - but I chose it to be that way. Yorkies are hard to potty train - no doubt about it. Was the trainer you used familiar with Yorkies? Or at least small breeds? I know they don't think there's a difference - but I believe there is. I've lived with or owned a Shepard, Lab, Boston Terrier, Cocker Spaniel and Yorkies - and the last 2 were the hardest to potty train. I don't know what to say - I guess we just didn't think giving up was an option.
