It's not likely that you will get any money back. It is unfortunate that they sold him to you so young,
If the vet did a well puppy check and all was well at the time then the seller will not want to to take responsibility. Also, you should have contacted them immediately so they could offer you another puppy or you could have discussed the course of treatment with them.
