if your going to ask money back from the breeder, htey may ask you to return the puppy for exchange of a healthy one. if u noticed the green mucus its a ressipratory problem and can be fixed w antibiotic injections.

when i brought my 2nd yorkie home he had that becuase he was sleeping alone for almost a month after his sister was purchased. (Kennel cough) then he also had tape worms and gave it to my other dog. i didnt ask for money back, simple treatment for both. now my girl yorkie just had a litter and we lost two, and keeping a very good eye on the last one. but he developed a cold at 7 days old. so im searching for a resolution here.

back to ur case. i think he already had problems that they were also not aware of, or was and has sold many puppies like these to other people. doing a background check on their license may be a great idea before purchasing a puppy. it will show you all or any pending lawsuits on the license holder.

good luck.
