It will be fine...go ahead and change it, you will be surprised how quickly she will adjust. When i rescued Molly at 2 years old, she was called Bubbles. She got used to the new name really quickly.
My previous dog was called Lady and was 10 years old when i rescued her. I changed her name to Willow and she soon got used to that.
