I have a cotton coat little boy and he mats horrible! I have tried cowboy magic but it just didn't work well for us. I bought some Chris Christensen Ice on Ice spay and we love it. I have a CC Wooden Pin brush that I love too. It has really helped, he doesn't mind being still to get brushed like he does when I use my regular CC pin brush. He will sit and let me brush for a long time which makes being combed afterwards alot easier! I also take Harley in to get professionally bathed and brushed out at least once every three weeks!
