I'm a brand new owner. I've never had a dog, or cat for that matter, and I do love my yorkie. They say that dogs don't love, and only live for the moment. They say to be stern and don't talk to your dog like a child.....I say, "What's the point of even having one if you can't love them and have to act like a drill sergeant." I do love my yorkie. She's exactly what I need and I don't know why I went this long without one. My little companion.
