not trying too be mean but i wouldnt buy that dog that dog,,, looks like its lived in a puppymill all its life or homeless,, the coats a mess and she looks too shaggy too be a cute little girl,well its your discission i know i wouldnt but its always nice too rescue a poor baby agree on that but in this case i would be smart this dogs looks sick unhealthy a yorkies coat should look healthy ?
