Hi, A groomer trimmed my puppy between the eyes and nose too. I decided I don't like the look and am growing it out. It has been 8 months and it has probably grown about 2 inches, but every dog is different. I have been grooming her myself since. I invested in a good scissor, trimmer and brushes, nail clippers etc. Considering around here it is 45 -50 dollars for a groom, which would be every 8 wks, after a few grooms, I covered my investment - I bought top quality scissors and brushes from the Chris Christensen line.
