oh, no way....don't be. Vinegar is used for so many things. Some do use a little vinegar in their hair for skin issues, I've read. I just wouldn't use it around their eyes at all. I've read about alot of pastes and mixes of products to use for tear staining, but I would be too afraid of harming their eyes.
