Oh, hey! Have I got it wrong? I don't know who told me, I suppose it was when I was a teen and my mother was raising Poodles but I thought that if you limited the registration that you could hold the papers until you got proof that the dog had been altered? I thought that the dog couldn't be registered with
any registry without proving that the parents were papered? Sylvia
