I adopted a rescue yorkie in September to keep my other guy company. She is much larger than Oscar (will be 2 years old soon!!) and she just turned one year. In any case, she has this habit of showing her teeth. A friend of mine said "she's smiling". I don't believe dogs smile. I think it is a defense response and nothing more. Any opinions??
