I guess the best way to describe it is a skin tag that is a bit round and can't be taken off because it is a lump. it is hairless. She is 8. We have been at the vet and on the phone with her soooooooooooooooooooo much lately. Hopefully it gets smaller by Monday or I may have to mention it.
