Is it possible? Sure, I suppose it is possible, as long as she was bred with an intact male.
However, from what you've described my guess is she isn't. From my experience (which isn't alot - just 2 litters), I would think that you would see some sort of change, be it ever so small. My female just had a singleton litter (one puppy) 5 weeks ago, and I had an idea she was PG as early as 4 weeks along by a change in her eating habits. She didn't look very PG even near the end, but there was surely something.
If you aren't seeing any change at all, she's most likely not PG. With just 12 days to go, I would think you would be seeing some movement by now also. But the only way to be absolutely sure would be a visit to your vet.
