Ok, so I just got Baxter yesterday, he's a wonderful little guy (16 weeks old). He's got the puppy pad thing down (his breeder used them with him). So now I'm trying to transition him into going outside.

I've seen where people take the pad just outside the door, or run out when he starts to go, but I live on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. Obviously these things won't work for us.

Help?
