Default Separation anxiety

Well I was told that yorkies can get separation anxiety when left alone for periods of time and often. Well in my case its the other way around, I've had my furbaby Autumn since monday and unfortunately I have to work in order to take care of the both of us. When I leave her in her xpen with crate food water bathroom area and toys, she whimpers for a good couple minutes but she fine once she realizes I'm gone. (I stay at the outside of the door just to see how long she cries). Once I'm at work all I do is worry worry worry. Is she eating, is she comfortable, did I forget to leave the tv on, is it warm inside, is she gonna forgive me for leaving her by herslf at such a young age in a new place? All kinds of things run thru my head..She 's usual just there for maybe four hours alone cause my mom stops in for awhile(about three hours). Well today I decided tht I'm gonna take her to work with me this a.m. because my mom cant come at all she has a dr appt. Should I just leave her alone for the eight to nine hrs that i will be at work? I knw she has to get used to my schedule eventually but she's only been with me not even a week and I been leaving her. she doesnt have a problem, as of yet, I'm the one that has the separation anxiety like crazy all I do is WORRY. But dnt want her to be an unhappy pup and "act out". I spend all my off time with her so she knw that I am here for her and she seems to just wanna relax and chill with me when I get off wrk which I like. HELP!!!!!!!!
Oh and she'll be 12wks on the 30th of this month.
P.S.
I dnt want to make it a habit w/ bringing her to wrk technically I cant have her there but she's so tiny who'll notice.
